При запуске внешней обработки со способом обмена «SDK» появилось сообщение «Не зарегистрирована ActiveX компонента СБИС SDK».
Причина №1. На компьютере установлена 64-разрядная версия 1С
Способ обмена «SDK» корректно работает только с 32-разрядной версией 1С. Выберите другой способ.
Причина №2. Версия внешней обработки не актуальная
Обновите обработку.
Причина №3. Версия СБИС SDK не актуальная
Обновите SDK. Если это не помогло, зарегистрируйте компоненту SDK вручную.
Откройте каталог «C:Program Files (x86)SBIS3SDKLibrary», кликните файл «reg.bat» правой кнопкой мыши и выберите «Запуск от имени администратора».

FINALLY I FIXED THIS PROBLEM….
it was all about permissions of Flash directory under WINDOWS folder.
1- Permissions must be set manually on
C:WindowsSystem32MacromedFlash ( as Administrator — right click on folder’s name then launch Properties, switch SECURITY section and select your user. REMEMBER: your account must be administrator rights. check under Allow boxes there, then Apply all changes)
2- Same process must be done also for C:WindowsSysWOW64MacromedFlash
3- Download latest http://fpdownload.macromedia.com/get/flashplayer/installers/archive/fp_11.1.102.55_archive.zip
