Здравствуйте! У меня с первого момента после переустановки системы в журнале при запуске системы сведение BTHUSB код 18 (Система Windows не может сохранить коды проверки подлинности Bluetooth (ключи связи) на локальном адаптере. Клавиатуры Bluetooth могут не работать с BIOS компьютера во время загрузки) и предупреждение BTHUSB код 34 (Локальный адаптер не поддерживает важное состояние контроллера энергосбережения для поддержки режима периферийного устройства. Минимально необходимая маска поддерживаемого состояния — 0x2491f7fffff, получено 0xffffffff. Функция роли периферийного устройства низкого энергопотребления не будет доступна.) Если на прошлой системе у меня выключался экран, то после переустановки перестали подключаться любые наушники. (Наушники нормально подключаются к другим устройствам и дополнительные драйверы им не нужны) Я пробовал: переустановить сетевые драйверы и драйверы Bluetooth, отключать быстрый запуск, изменять режим энергосбережения и схему электропитания на максимальную производительность, запрещать установку драйверов для Bluetooth через редактор локальных групповых политик.

Windows 10 Pro, по-прежнему стояли дрова с официального сайта hp, первый раз переустанавливал из-за того, что при такой же ошибке, как сейчас, отключался экран ноутбука и не работала кнопка выключения, экран включался либо примерно после 1 мин, либо после входа и выхода из сна (закрытие и открытие крышки ноутбука) Добавлено через 1 час 1 минуту

Hello! When i turn on the computer, the event log shows BTHUSB information ID 18 and then right after BTHUSB warning 34.
BTHUSB ID 18: Windows cannot store Bluetooth authentication codes (link keys) on the local adapter. Bluetooth keyboards might not work in the system BIOS during startup. Headphones are functional, they connect to other devices and they dont need addiiton drivers.
BTHUSB ID 34: The local adapter does not support an important Low Energy controller state to support peripheral mode. The minimum required supported state mask is 0x2491f7fffff, got 0xffffffff. Low Energy peripheral role functionality will not be available.
Because of this my Bluetooth headphones dont connect to the computer.
I tried reinstalling the system, reinstalling Bluetooth drivers, preventing updating the Bluetooth driver with using the Local Group Policy Editor, adding new sections and subsections in the Registry Editor and changing the power plan to Ultimate Perfomance.

As the title says, I frequently (every half-hour or so, on average, sometimes more, sometimes less), all USB devices disconnect from my computer simultaneously, and windows writes and event to the log, «BTHUSB» withj Event ID 34. The text of the error reads: «The local adapter does not support an important Low Energy controller state to support peripheral mode. The minimum required supported state mask is 0x491f7fffff, got 0xffffffff. Low Energy peripheral role functionality will not be available.»
This is a major issue on my machine because it disconnects my DI box for music recording, my Oculus Rift crashes as a result, my external HDD acts like it’s being unplugged, as does my headset. My mouse an keyboard only judder momentarily before resuming normal functionality. But it interrupts literally any ability to use my computer, and it happens extremely frequently. I have tried everything I can possibly think of suggested on the internet, except for a clean windows reinstall (I have done this 3-4 other times in the last 6 months for various issues, and am sick of doing so). This includes:
BIOS Updates
Chipset updates
all windows updates
all driver updates (chipset, bluetooth, gpu, etc. the only one I can’t seem to figure out how to update manually is USB3.0)
System file checker (no errors)
DISM cleanup (no errors)I will upload/provide any/all information requested in order to fix this issue. I’m at my wit’s end trying to solve this problem.

This was a fresh install, and I’ll wager that the warning has always existed. DISM and SFC are good, and there are no rollback options available for BT devices. Not an error and not a major concern. Thanks for the suggestions.

This pops up as a warning in Event Viewer every time the 3148 laptop is booted or awakened from sleep.
As a test, «Allow this device to turn off this device to save power» has been disabled where available under Device Manager performance tabs for Bluetooth entries — to no effect.
BT works. and it’s understood that the warning is benign. But can it be eliminated?

Apparently. In Device Manager, a right-click|UPDATE DRIVER on any BlueTooth item returns «best driver already installed.»
Dell does have several 1708 BT drivers. The latest, recommended by their tech, was tested. Not only didn’t it alter this issue, but audio quality was decidedly degraded. It is a Widcomm package that provides a BT control panel.

Event ID 34, BTHUSB warning log was recorded.
This is a warning related to power management of Bluetooth HID devices.
If your Bluetooth mouse disconnects frequently, following the steps described may help.
However, logging may not stop.

Steps to change Bluetooth HID device settings
Open the power management options under Bluetooth HID Devices and turn off power saving settings.
Specifically:
1. Start Device Manager
Windows 10> Right click on Start Menu> Device Manager
2. Human interface device
- Deploy Human Interface Device
- Double-click the Bluetooth HID device to display its properties.
3. Power management
Display the power management tab, and uncheck the following ☑.
- Allow computer to turn off this device to save power
Do not mistake the device to be set
Multiple Bluetooth devices are displayed.

Afterword
The Bluetooth mouse is no longer frequently disconnected after performing the steps noted, but the event log is still logged.
However, the event log is no longer recorded on another PC that performed the same procedure.

If you perform the steps in the previous section on a new PC, the symptoms may improve and the event log may not be recorded. (Total guess)

Reproduce the relevant parts.
- In Device Manager, disable and re-enable the relevant bluetooth driver.
- In Device Manager, in the power management of the relevant bluetooth driver properties, uncheck «Allow my computer to turn off this device to save power (A)».
- In Control Panel, on the Options tab of the bluetooth settings, select the Allow Bluetooth devices to connect to this computer check box.
- (In the case of keyboard), in the «Device and Printer», in the property «Service» of the device, the state where «Keyboard, mouse, and other drivers (HID)» is originally checked is correct. It was off, so I checked it
