Could not save file maya как исправить

Hello, I just recently got into tinkering around with Maya, and am having an issue getting my project to save. I’ve spent several hours working on it, and would REALLY like it if I could save it for some security. Whenever I hit the save button, an error pops up:

//Error: Line 0: Could not save file «C:/Program Files/Autodesk/Maya2019/bin/(Name of my Project).mb» //

Has anyone else had this issue too? How do I get the software to save my project?

I have the Student edition of Maya, if that makes any difference.

Can’t save? Help!

I am no longer able to save this Maya project at all. I can’t export it or anything. I just get the error code of Error Line 0: Could not save file.

Anyone have a clue on how to fix this?

Hello, I’m having an issue not being able to export out of Maya. This is the error I’m getting:

// Error: line 0: IndexError: file C:/Users/Brandon/Documents/maya/2018/scriptsglTFExport.py line 397: list index out of range //
// Error: line 0: Could not save file «C:/Users/Brandon/Desktop/anmRig_combined.glb». //

Any idea why I’m getting this error?

Hi @b-ran-don! Is it possible that you’re exporting a mesh without any material assigned?

I was able to reproduce this with a rigged character. Every mesh for that character has the proper mesh shape and a polySurfaceShape. Did I not clean up my asset correctly or is that a required part of rigging? @b-ran-don do you know?

Hey @matiascodesal . So sorry to have missed your first reply. Somehow it didn’t catch my attention. It was exported with a material assigned. Are these the two type of nodes you are talking about? If so those are normal and are part of the modeling side of things rather than rigging. One is a transform node and the other is a shape node.

I’m also having this same issue. I’ve attached my maya scene, this happens even with no materials assigned.

Much appreciated @westomopresto! I found that I needed to skip exporting intermediateObjects. Please re-download the plugin to get the fix. Closing this issue. Feel free to open another issue if you encounter any more problems.

after many tries, Maya keeps crashing when i try to export glTF file format by selecting whole scene export. Mac os mojave, maya 2018 and i applied all steps of the small tutorial in the README. also checked for non-material assigned meshes and found 0. is there another fix for this?
