6. Теперь сложной части … К Reg Edit (Пуск, Выполнить … типа Regedit). Под HKEY_CurrentUser, и HKEY_LocalMachine и найдите папку Software … в этой папке найдите Ulead Systems и удалите все ссылки на видео Studio в обоих местах (помните, резервную копию реестра перед внесением изменений!)

7. Теперь заново установить, и это должно быть.

Решение нашлось случайно. Надо зайти в каталог (Пример дан для Windows XP) C:Documents and settingsимя_пользователяApplication DataUlead SystemsVideoStudio10.0

и там убить файлы, название которых начинается с VS_ а расширение “.dat”

После запуска ВидеоСтудии, файлы создадутся заново, а ошибка исчезнет.

I also have Ulead VideoStudio7. I tried to delete some files from the Library and a fault occured. Now I get the «Load from stream error» message on about 25 .avi files in the library.
I contacted Ulead support and have been told to do the following:

Do a clean reinstall first of the program. Please do the following:

1. Uninstall VideoStudio via the Add/Remove Program utility in the Control Panel
2. Empty the content of the TEMP folder under C WindowsTemp then restart the computer
3. Go to Start > Run then type regedit and click OK to open the Registry Editor.
4. Go to HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE > SOFTWARE > Microsoft > Windows > CurrentVersion > Uninstall
5. Check if {757AD3D4-036B-42FA-B0A4-96BD6F4605A0} still exsist on the list
6. If yes, delete it.
(I Also checked in the C Program
filesInstallSheild Installation Information folder, and folder had been deleted from there as well.)
7. Close the Registry Editor
8. Reinstall VideoStudio. Please make sure that no other applications are running when you reinstall. Disable your anti-virus and other utilities as well.

I have completed all of the above steps to the letter.
When I re-install the program all of the Library files are still there.
Does anyone know where the hidden Library file is located so that I can delete it?

Furthe info on how it all started and what I have done so far:

When capturing footage from a cmcorder, as a newby, I did not place each new footage into a new Library folder, although I did place them in a different Documents floder. On trying to delete some of the thumbnails from the Library folder, my computer hung for a long time, and I then shut down the program, using CTRL-ALT-DEL and closing the unresponsive program.
On starting the program again, as each of the corrupt thumbnails tries to display I receive a message » Load from stream error», and have to click OK to get past that thumbnail, about 25 times, 1 per thumbnail.
I have tried to uninstall the program using various techniques; the program’s own uninstall facility, the Control Panel>Remove Programs, and Norton Cleansweep. I have also gone into the registry editor to delete of the «757AD3D4-036B-42FA-B0A4-96BD6F4605A0» folder, and delete the WindowsTemp entries.
Each time I re-install the program the full library is still there, along with all the thumbnails and the corrupt file thumbnails. I could delete all of the now unlinked thumbnails individually, but cannot do anything at all with the corrupt ones apart from clicking OK to the «Load from stream error» message.
Somewhere there is a user file with the Library info stored in it. I cannot get through to the person at Ulead Support, or lack of support, what the problem is, they just keep sending me variations of the same stereotyped answer, included in my original posting.

Load from stream error

Information
When launching VideoStudio Pro, a «Load From Stream»error will pop up on the screen, preventing the application from loading. This is due to corruption of the file library for VideoStudio Pro.

Resolution

1. Make sure that Corel® VideoStudio is closed
2. Open the Run command box (press and hold down the Windows and R buttons on the keyboard)
3. Type the following: appdata
4. Press the OK button
5. Open the Roaming Folder
6. Open the Ulead Systems folder
7. Rename the Corel VideoStudio Pro folder to Corel VideoStudio Pro_old

By renaming this folder, once VideoStudio Pro is launched, a new Corel VideoStudio Pro folder will be generated with the new database information. At that point, the Load from stream error message will cease to appear. Unfortunately, this will remove all contents from within the Library folders within VideoStudio Pro. Meaning, any video, image or audio thumbnails that were imported, as well as any folders that were created, will no longer be viewable upon the re-launch. That is why it is highly recommended that the Library folders are constantly backed up or exported to a folder within Windows. Добрый день! Не нашел решения проблемы по данному вопросу. При входе в программу и выполнении любого действия у пользователя вылетает ошибка Stream read error. У остальных пользователей все нормально. Переустановка не помогает.

Работает, пользователь логинится, но после каждого действия вылетает данная ошибка. Запуск с ключом и удаление .cfg файлов не помогло

В идеале чтобы шаги эти повторялись, а не были случайными. То есть делаем — ошибка. Еще раз делаем — та же ошибка. Перезапустили TCS, повторяем -снова ошибка эта.

У пользователя версия 5.7.0.0. Я не большой эксперт этой программы, опишу, как могу. Пользователь логинится, программа загружается, пишет о новых сообщениях, закрываем окно, и вылетает окошко с ошибкой Stream read error. Пользователь его закрывает, делает любой отчет, макрос, ошибка снова вылетает, но действие выполняется. В целом, все работает, просто после каждого действия пользователя с момента входа вылетает окошко с ошибкой.

it is not supporting Hashmap it gives following error

The method runReportToPdfStream(InputStream, OutputStream, Map<String,Object>, Connection) in the type JasperRunManager is 
 not applicable for the arguments (InputStream, ServletOutputStream, HashMap<Object,Object>, JRResultSetDataSource)

it Supports String parameter like Hashmap<String,Object> while generating pdf it gives following error
