While Find the Markers may seem like just another scavenger-hunt-style experience, it actually offers quite an intricate map, with more than a handful of challenging secrets to find. With its Dark Marker update, Find the Markers has added three more markers for players to discover, including the one that we’ll be covering in this brief guide, the Forbidden Marker.
Finding the Forbidden Marker
Once you’ve spawned into Find the Markers, head toward the forest area of the map and enter the small house pictured below.
Once inside this house, approach the framed UNO card, type I hate wild card into the experience’s chat box, and press Enter.
Upon doing so, you will be teleported to the Forbidden Realm.
Inside the Forbidden Realm, look for the white door pictured below and press E to open it (yes, it really is that dark).
On the other side of this door is a large maze guarded by a dancing UNO card that players must escape in order to earn the Forbidden Marker. Unfortunately, because this maze is incredibly dark, the ability to take screenshots inside of it is nearly impossible. So, instead of adding our own pointless pictures, we’re going to include a brief video from YouTuber Xpie—skip ahead to 4:17 to follow along their path!

- Open the door and walk into the maze
- Turn right
- Continue straight along the hallways
- Take the hallway to the left
- Continue straight
- Take the first left
- Take the next left immediately after
- Continue straight
- Turn right
- Turn left
- Continue straight into the room of scribbles
- Walk along the wall across from the scribbles and take the second right
- Continue straight, ignoring the turn that’s immediately to your right
- Turn left
- Continue straight
- Turn right
- Ignore the first two lefts and take the third one
- Continue straight
- Ignore the first left again and take the second one
- Continue straight along the hallways
- Ignore the first right and take the second one
- Continue straight
- Turn left
- Continue straight to the end of the wall and continue following the hallway, ignoring the first left that you pass
- Take the first right turn that you see
- You should now be at the Forbidden Door!
Once you’ve successfully reached the Forbidden Door, pictured below, press E to open it.
Inside of this room should be the Forbidden Marker!
To claim this marker, simply walk up and touch it.

Forbidden Marker is an Extreme Marker in the game. He was released on June 26, 2022.
Appearance
Forbidden Marker’s illustration appears as a darkly lit, red-colored marker, with an octagonal cap. The emblem is also an octagon.
His in-game model looks the same, but the cap and base are revealed.
Obtaining

| To obtain Forbidden Marker, you must enter the Happy House in the Forest. Go to the red mat in front of Wild Card’s photo. Once on the mat, press the chat button at the bottom of the screen or the Roblox chat button. Press it and type in «i hate wild card» or «worship the purple square», and you will get teleported into a room. Go to the white door and open it. Once opened, you need to complete a maze. Wild Card will chase you and kill you if he touches you in the maze. You will have to find a white door in the maze. Once you find it, enter it and Forbidden Marker will be right there in front of you. |

- Before this marker was released, the marker was shown on the badge, however it was completely white.
- This Marker is a reference to Sotp Sign, one of Alexlion’s , Teapot’s or MrMarkerMaker’s OCs. Which is also why he is forbidden.
- Forbidden Marker’s badge name was once used to be «Placeholder 1«.
- Forbidden Marker is one of the few markers requiring chat to obtain. The others are Wild Marker, Catzo Marker, and Forgorker.
- Forbidden Marker has a different in-game appearance that is displayed in the gallery, which is the dark version of himself.

How to Find and Get Forbidden Marker in Roblox Find the Markers
Light Brown House
- In your starting location, you’ll see three boards covering the statue in the center, one side will be open take the stairs from that side.
- You’ll see a light brown color house in front of you. Enter it, at one side of the house you’ll UNO card.
- And wild card pray to him will be written there, then on the bottom of your screen you’ll see a message box, click on it.
- A shout window will open, type “I hate wild card“.
Dark Area
- You’ll get teleported to a location, which is very dark so it would be better to increase your brightness level before coming here.
- Search through the area to find a white door, and open it by pressing E.
- A UNO card is chasing you, beware of it or you’ll have to start again.
- You’ll enter a maze, walk straight then turn right.
- Keep walking and turning until you reach a point with two directions, turn left from here.
- If you keep walking here you’ll get to a point with many routes.
- Take first left, then again turn left, then take a right.
- You’ll see an opening, where a carpet of four colors is placed on the floor.
- Route might not be the same in every server, but you have to look for the room with color carpet and alphabet on the wall.
Wall With Alphabets
- Enter that room and go to the left corner, and keep walking straight, until you see an opening, enter it.
- Here you have to go through different routes and look for the white door.
- Once you found the white door, press E to enter, and in front of you, you’ll see a red and white marker.
- When you approach it, on the bottom right corner of your screen you’ll see a message “Unlocked Forest Halo!” and Badge Awarded.
- And on the screen you’ll see you found a forbidden marker.

Apart from the markers themselves, you can also earn badges by completing certain tasks in the game. Among the most challenging badges to earn are the Dark Markery, Forbidden Marker, and Cowboy Marker badges. If you’re struggling to figure out how to earn them, then this guide will show you how.
How to Get Dark Markery, Forbidden Marker, and Cowboy Marker Badges in Roblox Find the Markers
So far, the Cowboy Marker badge is the easiest to earn out of the three. To earn it, you need to the Tis’ All-Oon which is right behind the pyramid in the desert. Here, you will find a Dueler standing on one end of the dueling grounds.
Choose Accept when the duel prompt appears. Beat the Dueler and a prompt saying there’s nobody left to duel will appear. After that, interact with the Cowboy Marker who is standing just outside of the saloon. Complete the dialogue and it will then reward you with the Cowboy Marker badge.
Getting the Dark Markery Badge
This one is pretty long, so make sure to follow the steps properly. From the starting point, head right to the area where you can find lots of giant lollipops outside. Head to the center where you can find the community hangout room.
Behind this room, you’ll find a building with a door that you can go through. Inside will be a hidden safe. Interact with the hidden safe and enter the code “3882”. This will open the safe containing a crowbar inside. Grab the crowbar then go back to the starting point.
From the starting point, turn left to find a locked door with planks on it. Interact with the door to remove the planks using the crowbar, and head inside once opened. Drop down the hole and cross the vines to reach a room covered in vines. Entering this room will unlock the “Nature Finds a Way” badge.
Teleport back to the starting point, go up the stairs, and turn left until you come across a door with the sign “factory that will be good for the economy” outside. Enter the door and go through the narrow pathway to the left. Drop down the hole at the end of the conveyor belt, and then interact with the rocket on the right corner. This will take you to a different area.
After arriving, head all the way right until you come across an arrow sign pointing downwards. Jump down the cliff to land on top of an orrery. Interact with the tiny purple item on the ground (this will take you to another room).
Defeating the Dark Markery
Once you reached the other room, go through the purple door and follow the path to the left. Navigate the path until you reach another purple room that will take you to a purple machine. Enter the passcode “EVILPURPLECHAINSAW” to enter The Dimension of Darkness.
Here, you’ll find the Dark Markery. Finish the dialogue between the Purple Marker and the Dark Markery. After that, you will then have to defeat the Dark Markery using your gun. This can be a bit of a challenge, but once you defeat him, the Purple Marker will reward you with the Dark Markery badge.
Getting the Forbidden Marker Badge
From the starting point, head upstairs and enter the door of the house in the middle. Go near the Wild Card sign and type “I hate wild card” into the chat. This will teleport you to a room with a maze on the other side. Enter the door and navigate through the maze.
At the end of the maze, you will find a door that will take you to a room where the Forbidden Marker is located. Simply enter the room and interact with the Forbidden Marker, consequently unlocking the Forbidden Marker badge.
