Where the HQ Mailbox’s Location Is in The Crew 2
The Crew 2 has you racing all manner of vehicles on land, water, and through the skies. You’ll have the entirety of the United States of America to explore at your leisure, be it alone or with friends. Of course, on your way to making yourself a big name in the racing world, you’ll need to upgrade your vehicles so you can keep up with the competition. That’s where loot comes in, and it’ll drop at the end of most races and events within The Crew 2’s world. Miss it, however, and you’ll be informed that the loot has been sent to the HQ mailbox. Problem is, it doesn’t actually tell you where the HQ mailbox’s location is in The Crew 2.
To find the HQ mailbox location in The Crew 2, you’re going to want to head to any of those ‘Family’ bases that are marked on your map with the large totem-looking icons. Press X on here if you’re on PS4, or A for your Xbox One players, and select the Enter option. Once inside, you’re looking for what looks like a cargo container just around the side. A small sign next to it will read ‘HQ Mailbox.’ Simply walk over to this and press X to interact with it.
Of course, the HQ mailbox isn’t always going to be in the same place in each of these headquarters for each of the racing families. As such, your best bet is to simply keep an eye out for the aforementioned sign, and look around the outskirts of the area. The HQ mailbox isn’t dead in the center and tends to be out of the way.
Now, you can get all of that loot that you’ve been forgetting to pick up and upgrade your vehicles to take on any challenge in your way.

If you restart a race or otherwise miss your loot rewards, they are sent to your HQ Mailbox. This guide will tell you Where To Find HQ Mailbox In The Crew 2 so you can replay events quicker without the worry of losing any of that hard-earned loot.
If you successfully finished a race or open a Live Event reward but were otherwise able to physically collect the items, there’s a good chance they were sent to your HQ Mailbox. There are several of these scattered around the country, represented by large containers at specific HQ’s for each of the different vehicle types.
Unfortunately there is not a single mailbox that acts as a collection point for all loot. The location of your loot in a HQ Mailbox is dependent on the race or vehicle you were in when the loot was lost or not collected. Below is a brief breakdown of each of the different HQ’s and what one will have your loot depending on your vehicle
Street Racing HQ Mailbox
You can find the Street Racing HQ Mailbox in the Street Racing HQ on the West Coast. It’s in Los Angeles, in the South West corner of the city. Below is a list of what vehicle loot is saved here.
- Street Races (SR)
- Drift Races (DF)
- Drag Races (DR)
- Hyper Car (HC)
Offroad HQ Mailbox
You can find the Offroad HQ Mailbox in the Offroad HQ in Central America. It’s located out in the deserts, North West of Dallas and South West of Santa Fe. The following vehicle types will have loot returned to this mailbox.
- Rally Cross (RX)
- Motocross (MX)
- Rally Raid (RR)
Freestyle HQ Mailbox
You can find the Freestyle HQ Mailbox in the Freestyle HQ in Central America. It is located a short distance North East of Las Vegas, South West of Salt Lake City and the Great Salt Lake. The following vehicles will have loot returned here:
- Jet Sprint (JS)
- Monster Truck (MT)
- Aerobatics (AB)
Pro Racing HQ Mailbox
You can find the Pro Racing HQ Mailbox in the Pro Racing HQ on the East Coast. It’s located in New York, South West of the river a short distance from the Jersey Racing Track. The following vehicles use this HQ Mailbox for their loot:
- Touring Car (TC)
- Air Race (AR)
- Power Boat (PB)

Developer Ivory Tower and Publisher Ubisoft have released their new latest game titled The Crew 2. it is an online open-world multiplayer game where players race against their opponents using various vehicles like cars, planes, boat and more.
In the game, players will be able to unlock various rewards by completing different challenges and missions. but you will need to collect these rewards as they do not become available right in your inventory or any hub.
Guide On Locations Of All The HQ Mailbox In The Crew 2
In the crew 2, players will get various rewards for completing different races and live events. but the only problem is that rewards do not immediately go into your inventory but instead spawns on the map.
Do not worry you don’t need to search for them on the map. if you fast travel to any other event all the rewards and loots will be transferred to your HQ Mailbox. but there are four of them and different mailbox holds different rewards for different vehicles. below you will find more details.
Freestyle HQ Mailbox – this HQ is located slightly at northwest from the center of the map. head there and go towards North East of Las Vegas and South West of Salt Lake City. in this HQ you will find the rewards for the following vehicle.
- Aerobatics
- Jet Sprint

Offroad HQ Mailbox – this HQ is located at the center of the map. head there and go towards the deserts, it is located between South West of Santa Fe and North West of Dallas. in this HQ you will find the rewards for the following vehicle.
