But it does not specify why that might be the case. I’m currently trying to publish a facebook ad, and have an app in live mode with the following permissions already approved:
ads_management, business_management,pages_manage_ads,pages_read_engagement.
The request to create the ad works well with a test user but does not work with a real account.

- Перезалив рекламной кампании
- В отклонённой кампании удалить объявление, создать новое и отправить на модерацию
- Снять Risk Payment и отправить на модерацию
- Поставь галочку «заменить инициатора объявления»
- Поменять фанпейдж
- Опубликовать фанпейдж
- Продублировать РК, с небольшими изменениями в тексте объявления

Но не уточняет, почему это может быть так. В настоящее время я пытаюсь опубликовать объявление в Facebook и иметь приложение в режиме реального времени со следующими уже утвержденными разрешениями:
ads_management, business_management,pages_manage_ads,pages_read_engagement.
Запрос на создание объявления хорошо работает с тестовым пользователем, но не работает с реальным аккаунтом.

Наконец-то я разобрался сам.
У меня такая же ошибка при продвижении листинга на торговой площадке.
В моем случае это связано с тем, что в учетную запись необходимо добавить способ оплаты рекламы, указав, продается ли он для бизнеса или нет. Эти параметры необходимо настроить на странице настроек рекламы: https://www.facebook.com/ads/manager/account_settings

Hi. I got this error after I published the ad in Business Manager. Anyone knows how to solve this?
